Summary –

Rupert Brooke (1887-1915)

This poem has been composed by a very great poet Rupert Brooke. He got education in king’s college Cambridge. He was a soldier by profession. He participated in the first world war. So, he is known as war poet.
In this poem he has described his love to his country. The post says that his body is made of this soil and this air. The flowers of England teach him to love. He takes bath in the river of England. The sun of England gives him heat. So his body is made only for England. The post say he has learnt laughter and gentleness in his country from his friends. His joys and memorable dreams are releted to England. He wants to make his country paradise on the earth.
It is a patriotic poem.

Summary in Hindi –

इस कविता की रचना एक बहुत बड़े कवि रूपर्ट ब्रुक ने की है। उन्होंने किंग्स कॉलेज कैंब्रिज में शिक्षा प्राप्त की। वह पेशे से एक सैनिक थे। उन्होंने पहले विश्व युद्ध में भाग लिया था। इसके अलावा, उन्हें युद्ध कवि के रूप में जाना जाता है।
इस कविता में उन्होंने अपने देश के प्रति अपने प्रेम का वर्णन किया है। पोस्ट में कहा गया है कि उनका शरीर इस मिट्टी और इस हवा से बना है। इंग्लैंड के फूल उसे प्यार करना सिखाते हैं। वह इंग्लैंड की नदी में स्नान करता है। इंग्लैंड का सूरज उसे गर्मी देता है। इसलिए उनका शरीर केवल इंग्लैंड के लिए बना है। पोस्ट में कहा गया है कि उसने अपने दोस्तों से अपने देश में हंसी और सौम्यता सीखी है। उनके यश और यादगार सपने इंग्लैंड तक पहुंच गए हैं। वह अपने देश को पृथ्वी पर स्वर्ग बनाना चाहता है।
यह एक देशभक्ति कविता है।
